The Zhong Chuang Pupil Lake Core Area Underground Space and Zhong Chuang District North Underground Space Loop Project is located in the Xi'an High-Tech Zone to the east of Jing Road 22, south of Wei Road 32, west of Xitai Road and north of Wei Road 36.It is proposed to develop and build an area of approximately 200,000 square metres, with the main construction content including the ring road, car park, commercial and ancillary buildings, connecting roads, sinking plaza and related ancillary facilities.

The Zhong Chuang District North Underground Space Ring Road Project is located to the north of Wei 36 Road, south of Wei 30 Road, east of Jing 26 Road and west of Xitai Road in Xi'an High-tech Zone. The proposed construction area of the project is about 80,000 square metres, and the main construction content includes the ring road, ancillary buildings and related supporting facilities.The Zhonchuang Pupil Lake Core Area Underground Space and Zhonchuang District North Underground Space Loop Project are urban-level public facilities for the entire Silk Road Science City area, featuring intensive use of land resources, enhancement of urban functional space, optimization of the urban rail network in TOD mode, and promotion of sustainable urban development as a whole, and are dedicated to creating a multi-dimensional urban underground space integrating commercial services, underground transportation, underground parking, Civil air defense engineering, rail station halls and public squares.
