International Community 3# and 4# Outlets Project
Urban stormwater drainage systems
The International Community 3# and 4# Outlets Project is located in the International Community area of Xi'an High-tech Zone. The No. 3 Outlet System mainly sinks and discharges rainwater within the No. 2 ecological area of the Hi-Tech International Community and transfers it to exclude the rainwater system in some areas east of Fengjing Avenue, including transferring it outside the planning area of the International Community (G1 Road east of Fengjing Avenue). The rainwater is transferred to and excluded from the Samsung Xinglong resettlement area outside this planning area and part of the Xijiao area of the Xi'an central city rainwater plan, of which the transfer is outside the planning area (Samsung Xinglong resettlement area and part of the Xijiao area of the Xi'an central city rainwater plan).
