Located in the core area of the Silk Road International Financial Center in the High-tech Zone of Xi'an, the Yong'an Drainage Commercial and Cultural District project is adjacent to Xi Tai Road to the east, Xi'an High Speed Rail South Station (Xing Long Yi Road) to the south, Jing 22 Road to the west and the city's landmark Future Hitomi Business Office District (Wei 36 Road) to the north, with a total site area of approximately 500 mu (including 12 commercial facilities plots and one municipal support site). The fully penetrated underground space is mainly used for parking, ancillary and equipment rooms, etc. An underground ring road and sunken plaza are also planned.

The project is adjacent to Metro Line 12 (planned) and Metro Line 6, and will build a TOD international metropolis commercial scene by relying on the rail system in the future. The water system will link the functional clusters of each block, creating a new Silk Road Global Creative Commercial Space on the east and west banks of the Yong'an Canal, which will combine an experiential shopping centre, a creative commercial street, a night economy district, an art hotel, a social space and a high-end commercial residence. It will form a vibrant urban centre that will lead the way in commercial upgrading.
