Xi'an International Cultural Communication Centre is located to the east of Planning Road 5, south of Xinglong Road 3, west of Jingliang Road 22 and north of Planning Road 31, adjacent to the Yong'an Ditch commercial and cultural district to the east, with quick access to the future hitomi of the central innovation district and the new Xi'an South Station. The project has a planned net land area of approximately 31 mu and a gross floor area of approximately 93,000 square metres.

The project is designed by Madaseban Architects, founded by the world's "most influential designer" Ma Qingyun, to create a one-stop platform for cultural and creative incubation, cultural exchange space, business support and intelligent park services, and to establish an image benchmark for regional investment attraction and business support.
