High Tech Unicorn Venture Centre
A mixed-use super urban complex
The project is located in the Central Innovation Zone, east of Jingliu Road, south of Weidou Road, west of Jingliu Road and north of Weidou Road, near the new campus of high-tech Primary School and First Junior High School, and close to the station of Metro Line 15 (under construction) and the station of high-tech Cloud Rail Demonstration Line (planned), with obvious transportation and supporting advantages. The total site area of the project is about 166 mu, of which the northern parcel is about 100 mu and the southern parcel is about 66 mu; the total construction area is about 930,000 square meters.
The project is intended to be mainly a business office, based on the incubation function of (unicorn) enterprises, providing a one-stop business complex space for enterprises at all stages of incubation, growth and maturity, as well as integrating industrial IP import, business office and commercial integrated support functions to create a diversified product group, making it a "super city complex with multiple business office functions driven by business incubation and growth".
