The Silk Road Creative Valley project is located in the core of the Central Innovation District, east of Planning Road 7, south of Planning Road 37, west of Xitai Road and north of Weiwei Road 36, adjacent to the Hitomi series building (Grand Theatre) and the metro station, with a total land area of about 64.5 mu and a total construction area of about 117,000 square metres, to create cultural facilities buildings, art exhibition halls, and underground garages.
